Kuwaiti property sales up

Kuwait has recorded better real estate sales during December 2004, after a lean period for most of Q4, according to a National Bank of Kuwait report. A total of 465 sales valued at USD326m were registered during the month, mostly from increased activity in the apartment and commercial sectors. The total value of sales for the year was USD5.1bn.
